The members of staff have a terrible, moody teenager attitude. I asked if they were serving lunch and was given the wisecrack answer of ‘evidently as there are menus everywhere’. When I challenged this terrible behaviour, both the member or staff and the manager personally insulted me. The ‘manager’ then made me replay the incident with the member of staff in front of customers and the general public. I will never darken their doorstep again!
